According to this ( http://git.gnome.org/browse/pan2/ ) there are two
branches, master and PAN_9_128 (three years old) so I think the answer
is no. (See the dropdown menu right upper corner.)
OTOH, if anyone could explain this diagram to me, I'd be grateful:
