FWIW, the issue I was having with only seeing a single (very poor)
diagnostics page on the modem was due, apparently, to its use of scripted
links for what would be perfectly functional as static HTML links! After
I turned that on and set the browser to bypass my personal proxy for the
modem's address (the standard http://192.168.100.1, tho I have my hosts
file setup with a couple shortcuts to it, that I bypassed the proxy for,
as well), and refreshed the page, viola! I got the links to the other
pages!
That was icecat/firefox. Now to get my other main browser, konqueror,
setup in working order for it as well...
