  Makefile and linker update
1) Custom linker script in case we are using luftboot (8kb memory offset)
2) Custom makefiles rules for chibios (no .dep/ folder)

1) gps_ubx.c modified so the compiler doesn't print errors
2) uart_arch.c modified so the compiler doesn't print errors
3) Makefile.chibios uses again Makefile.stm32-upload script
