Question : Does PARTYSIP have a mecanism that store some session descriptors
(ex.: media type,% loss package, minimum delaying, others) tranfered by a
client application (ex. JOSUA)in the instant of SIP transition?

osip (the sip stack for partysip) have SDP. But SDP is not
meaningfull for a proxy. Anyway, partysip can use the oSIP'sdp
implementation to parse SDP bodies...

Note that in the case where you modify a SDP packet, then your proxy is
not
a "proxy" any more...
