[Partysip-dev] Rescan Configuration File to Apply Changes

Hi, I'd like a running partysip to rescan its configuration file every 1 
minute in order to implement changes I have made in regard to static user 
list and probably filter list. Is this something I have to do in the source 
code? Or is there a parameter I can use when I try to start partysip to do 
that? Or a plugin already available?
