I read in the PDF reference that PDF strings within content streams have a maximum length of 32767 bytes, but there is no restriction for PDF strings outside content streams. Is there any good reason to define as an integer the length of the data within the pdf_string_s struct? What if a PDF string which is not within a content stream is longer than the maximum integer value?
