[pdf-devel] Automatic update of texi manuals in the wiki

From now on a nightly script will automatically update wiki pages with
the contents of the manuals included in the CVS TRUNK (gnupdf.texi,
gnupdf-utils.texi):

   http://www.gnupdf.org/Lib:Reference_Manual and
   http://www.gnupdf.org/Lib:Utilities_Manual

In this way it is quite easy to reference a chapter, section or
subsection in the reference manual. For example:

           [[Lib:Reference_Manual#Big_Numbers]]

The html versions of the manuals are still generated in
 
           http://www.gnupdf.org/manuals/gnupdf.html and
           http://www.gnupdf.org/manuals/gnupdf-utils.html
