[pdf-devel] Windows host encoding conversion

Hi all,

I just uploaded the WIN32 host encoding support. All the unit tests run 
correctly with No-Check. I checked the Win32 support using mingw32 to 
cross-compile and wine to run the unit-tests. Also closed FS#15 
(http://gnupdf.org/flyspray/index.php?do=details&task_id=15).

The host-based definition was placed in `pdf-types.h'. A new definition 
(PDF_HOST_WIN32) can be used to set Win32-specific code.
