[Perlpanel-devel] Biff.pm - new version (and another patch)

Hi,

I attach a new version of the Biff applet (mail notification). The new 
version includes (untested) maildir support, and is adapted for version  
0.6.0 of perlpanel.

It also includes a small patch to PerlPanel.pm that causes an 
applet.registry file in $HOME/.perlpanel to be read, in addition to the 
system one. This, together with the undocumented (AFAIK) 
$HOME/.perlpanel/icon-files/ allows installing applets completely on a 
per user basis (avoiding, in particular, it being overwritten when 
installing a new perlpanel version).

The files should be distributed as follows: for a system-wide install,

Biff.pm in $PREFIX/lib/perlpanel/PerlPanel/Applet
applet.registry appended to $PREFIX/share/perlpanel/applet.registry
perlpanel-applet-biff.png in $PREFIX/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/
The biff dir with its contents in $PREFIX/share/perlpanel

For per user install,

Biff.pm in $HOME/.perlpanel/applets
applet.registry appended to $HOME/.perlpanel/applet.registry
perlpanel-applet-biff.png in $HOME/.perlpanel/icon-files/hicolor/48x48/
The biff dir with its contents in $PREFIX/.perlpanel

The patches should be applied in the directory with PerlPanel.pm in it, 
with -p1.
