You would need to use the development code if you want setup3 and the
registration app. We are still not certain where I/we will draw the line
and start getting 0.9.14 ready for release. fyi 0.9.13 is the
development code that we are currently working on, the release of this
code will be 0.9.14, kinda like the linux kernel

Yes, use cvs to get the latest code. Its pretty stable, has lots and
lots of new and great features and in general is just better than 0.9.12
