I have a couple of suggestions:  Move the plus sign next to or under the date
number.  Most of the users I deal with would associate it with the next day.  
The
other suggestion would be make the icons differ depending on whether they are 
active
or not.  For example, the picture of the address book would show it open while 
it's
being used and closed when somewhere else.

What you have done with idsociety really is a big improvement.
