[Phpgroupware-developers] Two Questions for the Pros

1. Is there a way for employees to input only thier time to the project modules?

I would like the employees to put in thier time but not add in projects nor have
access to some of the other billing features.

2. Is there a way to setup all the defaults for the users and just give them the
preference key for some modules?? It is easier to add in users by copying 
another
default user?
