[Phpgroupware-developers] The phpgwAPI is now secured

I have done made some changes to ownerships of our cvs tree for the
phpgwapi module.
As of now only those that are part of a special group that I control can
commit changes to the phpgwapi modeule in cvs. As of now that group
consists of milosch,skeeter,jengo,ceb and myself.
Any other developer who has commit rights to cvs but is not in that
short list will get a permission denied error on the lock file, and the
commit will not happen.

This has been something we have wanted to do for a LONG time to help
ensure the security and stability of such a critical part of
phpgroupware and it is also one of the reasons we switched to savannah.

I am very excited about this switch to Savannah from SourceForge because
now we have the ability to make these kinda of custom changes and fix
out own problems as well as helping promote the values of freedom that
the Free Software Foundation is all about.
