I think we can start focusing on having something of a more reliable
release schedule from now on, so that we dont end up with these huge
delays between releases like this current round. This will benefit users
as well as developers, because their wont be so many changes between
releases.

The schedule will give us two months for dev and two months for
QA/Testing, and users will start seeing releases every two months.
"How's that?" you may wonder.
Basicly its a 4 month Dev/QA cycle that overlap.

Here's a proposal for the schedule.

Today, 2002 - Feature Freeze 0.9.14 and put into QA/Bug fix only. Start
dev for 1.0.0.

Highlights for 1.0.0 - The manual/inline help, will hopefully have the
inbox rules/filters and other general spit and polish we can get done.

March 1st, 2002 - Release 0.9.14. Feature Freeze 1.0.0 and put into QA.
Start dev for 1.1.0.
May 1st, 2002 - Release 1.0.0. Feature Freeze 1.1.0 and put into QA.
Start dev for 1.2.0.
July 1st, 2002 - Release 1.1.0. Feature Freeze 1.2.0 and put into QA.
Start dev for 1.3.0.
September 1st, 2002 - Release 1.2.0. Feature Freeze 1.3.0 and put into
QA. Start dev for 1.4.0.
November 1st, 2002 - Release 1.3.0. Feature Freeze 1.4.0 and put into
QA. Start dev for 1.5.0.
January 1st, 2003 - Release 1.4.0. Feature Freeze 1.5.0 and put into QA.
Start dev for 1.6.0.
etc etc etc...

I only put highlights for 1.0.0 for now, but can work on full roadmap
soon.

What do you think?
