Some implementations can handle it, some cannot.  It was
discussed previously (or at least asked) the concept of
wrapping all calls in another struct with authentication
data, etc.  Since there is really no standard other than
xml-rpc itself, it could be an RFC to create such a
structure.

But for now at least the current implementation is more
true to XML-RPC's simplicity, imo.  Perhaps DotGNU will
be able to provide some guidance as to implementing
authentication within the data.
