Both phpgw and dcl are reviewing their db schemas for contact storage

It is convenient (for a variety of reasons) to work together to arrive at 
something
that is at the very least, similar

In my opinion we want to:

adopt a database schema that is expected to be used by another system (dcl) 
without
changing the schema actually used by that system in order to create a 
(potentially)
shared system that other projects can also use which will potentially ease data
sharing of contact data between users and other software programs


As far as notes are concerned, I think we should look at the phpgw notes app 
and the
dcl notes table and see if either (or both) should be modified.  I think there 
are
differences but perhaps we can both benefit by adding some features currently
available only in the other
