That's sure!
I'm depling a "forum_admin" app, based on the notes app.
The app will give some groups the possibility to approve contents from 
the forum app.

In the forum_threads table there is the field "trhead_owner", it's 
excellent to merge the "forum_admin" app into the acl.

I'll write to the list every specific question ;)

If anybody of the crew is interested I'll be glad to send the 
"forum_admin" app to phpgw.
