Does the intranet allow for publishing of content, 
which application should be installed to allow for 
<b>publishing news</b> content on the intranet 
viewable by all clients on the intranet say on the 
first page.

Secondly does the <b>phpwebhosting</> allow for the 
use of sharing of documents. say if i login as 
<b>lubasi</b> and upload a file called <b>Employee 
Names</> and want other members of my group i belong 
to access this file as well how do i do that using 
phpWebhosting?
