This patch updates a few things related to class.(ui&&bo)addressbook.inc.php ...



1) It displays a proper error message when no vcard records are found when 
importing a single vcard



2) It adds the ability to display a delete button on the main addressbook 
screen, obviously this would have to be added to the template for it to 
display...



3) It "templatizes" the view section (I will re-upload the patch to include the 
view.tpl template diff at the bottom)

Hope it looks ok :)



4) Sometimes when things are imported (vcards), the date is imported in the 
with a 0 in the month field (ie February = 02 rather than just 2)...  I strip 
out the leading 0 for the edit section, so the month drop-down box properly 
displays, and when they submit their changes, the month field is updated 
without the leading 0...
