Hi Ian

I played with this a month or so ago and had negative results. From memory, the
grant access from one user to another didn't work. I gave up as I could not find
sufficient documentation on what was meant to happen to be able to diagnose the
issue.

This is not meant to dimish the phpgw project, I just have very little time at 
the
moment to pursue the issues, and dont want you thinking you are missing anything
obvious. There are issues with the address books if you move beyond individual 
use.
