just a small additionial information about a problem we had when the
lang file for sitemgr was edited with the developer_tools. In sitemgr,
the lang file contains phrases for two different applications (sitemgr
and sitemgr-site). The developper_tools seem to not be able to cope
with this and create a file where each entry is associated with
sitemgr. You have to be careful to correct the lines pertaining to
sitemgr-site if you use developer_tools,
