In Projects there is an Activities menu/link. When you click "Activities" you go to the Activities List page. Click "Add" to make new activities. Activities are items that occur within a project. For example, I have a simple project called CS101 and the activities I created for it are CALL (Make Call to Client), TALK (Receive Call from Client) and VISIT (Meet with Client). If I remember correctly, before you create projects you have to create activities and before you create activities you should create Catagories.
