Missing characters for Expletive Deleted font

I must admit that I am not familiar enough with all of the characters 
necessary to include all of the languages you want to support. It is not 
a lack of motivation or time, but rather a lack of expertise. Therefore, 
I encourage you to proceed with having your volunteer create the 
necessary characters and include them in the font. If you do not need 
the special "scratch out" characters that are now in the font, you have 
my permission to delete them. And tell your volunteer that he also has 
my blessing to add his name to the credits in your version of the font. 
His work should be acknowledged as an enhancement to my original work. 
If it possible, I would appreciate a copy fo the TTF file once it is 
complete for final approval, but I see no reason that you cannot proceed 
with modifying the font to meet your requirements.
