New win32 binaries with console

I've prepared two new binaries for win32 users, this time with an output
console. I am unable to get the output to go to standard output, as
Pingus is not a console application, but rather a win32 application.
Therefore the separately opened window.

One compiled with debug mode (defaults to windowed mode):

One release version (defaults to fullscreen):
http://dark.clansoft.dk/~sphair/pingus_release.exe

I have no idea if ppl have any use of the debug version (its probably
better to compile everything yourself if you want to debug anyway).
