Patch for pingus.xml

[Aggro]

Fixed bug, pingus refuced to die when dropped into
water.( Drown-animations had loop enabled when it
should be disabled. ) 

Also minor graphical update for exiting pingus, thanks
to 
sik0fewl for that.

I could not test the drownwalk-action if it works
correctly. But I would guess that it works now also.
Someone could test that if they have the skill?
