This is a very special moment for Protux project (I believe). Noise Gate is
the first real time filter working out.
(check CVS snapshot)
Surely, it is a simple filter, but it was intended to test the engines. Also,
and of course, it must be improved
(with attack/release/threshold level control), but it already "gates" level
below -30dB (aproximatedely)
