Here is the text input file. Sorry for the crazy extensions, I'm just sending it as-is. Nothing confidential. If you want the SAV file also, let me know. When I ran your converter on the file, I got an "Internal Server Error" from pspp2text.cgi.

I get the following error from psppire 0.6.2 when opening the SAV file
produced with pspp, which seems incorrect, since the label contains
only 255 characters.

PSPP error: "/Users/rob/Downloads/rob_utf8-1.sav" near offset 0x4f5c:
Variable Q7 has label of invalid length 256.

Hmm, that bug should be easy to fix.  Are you willing to send me
a copy of your file?  You don't have to copy it to the list, if
it contains confidential data; I will not share it.

Does the converter at http://pspp.benpfaff.org/ display anything
sensible for this file?
