Ok

It is.

gtk_window_set_urgency_hint  seems to be the troublemaker. If I comment this out, the program works.

====
/*
  gtk_window_set_urgency_hint (GTK_WINDOW (pod->viewer), TRUE);
*/
done:
  cairo_destroy (cr);
}
====

Replacing
  gtk_window_set_urgency_hint (GTK_WINDOW (pod->viewer), TRUE);
with
  gtk_window_set_urgency_hint (NULL, TRUE);

Also works.

My GTK2 version is  2.24.8-1.7

Suggestions?

Have fun

Ok.  So the next step is..  d->class->submit should be a pointer to
the function psppire_output_submit in src/ui/gui/psppire-output-window.c

Either it is not pointing there like it should, or psppire_output_submit
is crashing.

Find out wheterh psppire_output_submit is getting called or not.
