The PSPP user guide version 0.6.2 says that the GLM command is not implemented.
If the contrary is true all the better.
And if so, where do I find its command syntax ?

The NOORIGIN subcommand is currently not implemented in REGRESSION.
You could however use the GLM command which effectively does the same thing.
