[Pyatcron-devel-list] Crontab file parsing algorythm documentation

Hi evveryone,

I've written down a section describing the crontab file parsing algorythm that 
might be used in PyAtCron system. This chapter is part of the 
functionnal-spec.sgml file.

Julien, hope that the content should now clarify the internal fields of the 
Scheduler class.

I let you read and comment it before I start coding, even if most of the code 
is nearly done ;-)
