Exists the possibility to integrate the tap-win32-Patch from the link

into the current version of QEMU,
so that this option for the further releases is available,
or gives it another possibility of connecting the networks of
Host-System(Windows XP)
and Guest-System (Windows XP).

Your Qemu runs very well on this both XP-Systems
