 This is all very disturbing, Fabrice wrote an enhancement to qemu
that runs perfectly fine without KQEMU. Why should anyone have a problem
with what license he uses or terms he decides?
He wants a very reasonable price for the source if you want it, pay for it, if you don't. Don't. He makes the module available to be used. If you are worried about 'VIOLATING' the GPL don't use KQEMU. There is no need for GPL consideration here. It's you're choice to use it. He doesn't make you use it.

And for the record. Fabrice, you are amazing. My computing experience
has been greatly enhanced by your contributions. Thank you.
