Every Project is different. Thousands of
projects are started each week with varying levels of
complexity, size, scope and budget. These projects are
undertaken by project teams composed of hundreds of team
members across geographies to a one man team. Irrespective
to the project scope or size of the project team
implementing it, there are a set of Project Management
Principles that each project would follow in a formal or
informal manner.
This course is aimed to impart the Project Management
Principles and discuss the fundamental rules and the
practices each project is recommended to follow.
This course is aligned with PMIs PMBOK standard as well as
with APMGs Prince2 methodology. |
