The new value for EAX is 0x40000001.

As far as I known it is #5.  It depends on (1), (2), (3) and (4).

Changes form v1 to v2:
  Drop patch #1 -- possible live-migrating issues.

  Added kvm1 and kvm0 to handle the 2 cases.
