[Qemu-devel] [PATCH 0/9] Add GTK UI to enable basic accessibility (v5)

I had some time over the holidays to dust this series off and address the
previous input.  Here are the highlights:

 - all comments should be addressed from previous posts
 - fixed a nasty race condition with drawing area realize
 - split out patch 1 and added patch 9

There are no checkpatch errors but quite a few warnings.
gtk_likes_to_have_very_long_function_names so it's often times very difficult
to keep lines below 80 characters.
