[Qemu-devel] [PULL for-1.7 00/13] tcg-ia64 improvements

These are extracted from a larger patch set, including only the
subset that has been reviewed by Aurelien.

Patch 5 fixes a serious bug in the ia64 backend, so I'd like to
ensure this gets fixed for 1.7.
