Is this point OK ?

Using 

                break;
+   case KVM_CAP_ADJUST_CLOCK:
+               r = KVM_CLOCK_TSC_STABLE;
+               break;

To infer whether KVM_GET_CLOCK is fixed for the monotonic case.
