[Qemu-discuss] something like vbox main API on qemu

Hello everyone.

I was wondering if there is some API like Virtual-box offers to control 
programmatically several aspect of virtual machines. Specially something 
related to mouse and keyboard to control them from a python script 
running on the host machine and an API related to video to capture the 
video and feed it in real time to the aforementioned script in video format.
