I'm afraid some patches do take a while.  The more "obvious"
patches are usually but not always pretty quick.

So far there has been no one contributor that has contributed
enough that it would make a big difference.  And there is no
contributor with sufficient history of quality patches that
I would let them check in their own or other people's patches
without my review.

There may be some psychological/control issues (Kawa is my baby)
and economic/legal issues (Kawa is copyrighted in my name, and
I do sell commercial licenses).  But the main issue is just
lack of contributions, plus no-one else who understands enough
of Kawa - so far.  Hopefully, that will change.
