Still not working. ``C-t : exec xterm'' works fine. I added
PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin: [and so forth: whatever echo
$PATH yields]
export PATH
to my /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc file (not .xinitrc which doesn't exist
anywhere). There also is a /etc/X11/Xsession file which I didn't change (but
that shouldn't make a difference).
However, same message upon pressing C-t x
/bin/sh -c "xterm " finished (127)
No xterm terminal opened.
