[RP] Bogus command, xfdump?

According to the wiki[1], there should be a set of xfdump & xfrestore
commands "Implemented in CVS". See "better fdump (DONE)". However I find
no occurenses of those commands when searching the git repository[2].
Neither can searching the list archives or googleing for xfdump give me
any more clues.

Does anyone know if these commands exist anywhere else than in someone's
mind?
