[rdiff-backup-users] Version 0.12.2 released

I know it's only been 2 days, but the restore fix seems very
important---otherwise people upgrading from 0.10.x could get an
unpleasant surprise.  Also Patyk's patch could be useful since 2.3
will be out soon.  Hopefully this will be it for a while...

Patch by Arkadiusz Patyk fixes building with Python 2.3c1.

Restore of archives made by 0.10.x and earlier fixed, although hard
link information is not restored unless it is current in the mirror.
(Bug reported by Jeff Lessem.)

Fixed problem with door files locally when repository is remote.
