[rdiff-backup-users] Feature wish: Let user add a description/comment on backup

Hi,

I'd like to suggest the following new feature for rdiff-backup:

It should be possible to add a short (20? 40? 80? characters) description /
comment into the metadata of a backup. This description should then be shown
in the '--list-increments' and '--list-increment-sizes' lists.

This is how it could look like in action:

$ rdiff-backup --description "before updating apache" /vserver/web /backup/web
$ rdiff-backup --description "daily" /vserver/web /backup/web
$ rdiff-backup -v4 --list-increment-sizes /backup/web
[...]
