I've just reviewed the sourceforge project resume and it looks very interesting. It's foundation is very similar for what we want (I believe). I'll download the source and build the project to review it's capabilities. Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately, we do not have an up-to-date website for now (that is
what i want to do to revive the community around kopi).
But here is a link to an old archive of DMS (Decision Management
Systems, first developer of the kopi suite) website from 2005.
It contains a description of kopi as well as some screenshots:

Otherwise, there is the sourceforge project page containing some
binaries as well as the source code
(i have to write a short guide to show how to use the binary to create
an application,
also kopi generated applications need connection to a database in
order to start,
