[Rule-list] Testing 0.6.3-small, short overview

I got both versions of 0.6.3 and tested the small one. Same hardware
than last time.
linux mem=10M got stuck for half an hour, I quit.
mem=11M seemed to suffer the same problem, I quit after a few minutes.
mem=12M also seemed to have the same problem, which is weird because in
0.5.3 it worked quite nicely.

I investigated this deeper, but I'll post that tomorrow morning, it's 2
AM now and I cannot think straight enough for this right now. And I
didn't catch up with the mails. Sorry.
