We may be able to give you the option of moving up to the anaconda from 
the Red Hat 7.3 release, read on.

Currently, if you can use the boot.img file I've created for the 7.3 
release, I can give you roughly 114k of space on the boot disk.

Both a bootable cd and a single floppy are possible, with kickstart 
support, using the latest "miniconda" installer.

Are you building your own custom CDs using anaconda? If you are using 
anaconda, I can post rpms and the source rpm that will let you build 
custom CDs using the anaconda from the 7.3 release.

Anaconda has come a long way since the version you've been using. It's 
also grown a lot in size. Try the new one, and let us know if you like 
it.

I've just finished a few test installs using the most recent anaconda 
patched for the RULE project. As soon as I finish cleaning it up, and 
make sense of all the files I have scattered around my build directories, 
I'll post them. 
Rather than post anaconda rpms on my server, anyone mind if I just post 
the patch files and the modified spec file? You can then install the 
standard anaconda source rpm, put the patch files and the new spec file 
in place, and run rpm -bb anaconda.spec to generate:
anaconda-7.3-7RULE.i386.rpm
anaconda-runtime-7.3-7RULE.i386.rpm

If anyone would prefer I post rpms, I'll do so.

Of course, I'll also post boot images and the updates disk on both my 
server and the FSF download server.
