On the first boot after the install, sshd can take several minutes to 
generate server keys on a slow machine. On subsequent reboots, this 
shouldn't be an issue, as the keys are only generated once.

Start sshd and give it ample time, and it should start on it's own. While 
I haven't actually timed it, I'd guess this takes at least 2 minutes on 
my P-166 test machine.
