Red Hat doesn't support anymore non x86 hardware. On the other hand,
as the project coordinator, I do receive from time to time requests to
do "the RULE thing" on old Macs and SPARCs, for example.
As explained in other posts today, RULE is not a distribution (even if
today it operates only on Red Hat) but a more sensible, yet highly
pragmatical way to use and configure an existing one. A RULE-minded
Debian could be the simplest way to resuscitate non x86 limited
hardware. As already said, it only takes somebody to maintain *that*
subproject.
