Personally, I don't mind to omit "www-" in this case, provided that
there is no problem for the Savannah hackers.

The GNU Webmasters already treat /server/translations/ as our pigsty,
so I guess there is no sense asking them for green light (CCing them
anyway, for extra safety).

In any event, it would be better to wait at least a few days, someone
may think of a valid reason to reject this proposal.
