Continuing the discussion about project requirements, I'd like to suggest this list of 
informal requirements/suggestions (something like an expanded version of "how to get 
your project approved quickly").

Also,

I think this site has the right approach:
 http://choosealicense.com/

The code is Free-Software, but this specific site is not (uses Google analytics 
and such).
Also, a GNU version of such site might prefer to put GPL/LPGL front and center (and use 
"Free Software" instead of OSS and other such issues).
What do you think ? fork it and customize it ?
